GRILLED DRUMSTICKS WITH A SPICY SALAD

Serves three

  • 1 pack (approx. 600 g) broiler drumsticks in chipotle and citrus marinade

Pineapple kimchi:

  • 500 g pineapple slices in their own juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 spring onion stalks
  • a pinch of salt

Drain the pineapple. Peel and grate the garlic, chop the chilli and spring onion. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and season with salt. Leave to marinate while grilling. Grill the drumsticks and serve with the kimchi salad.
