RAW SAUSAGES WITH A ZESTY MUSHROOM SALAD
Serves four
- 1 pack of EMH beef raw sausages
- 80 g rocket
- 1 red onion
- 2 jalapeños
- 300 g marinated button mushrooms
- lemon juice
- cold-pressed olive oil
- salt
Peel and thinly slice the onion, chop or slice the jalapeños. Mix with the mushrooms, season with salt and lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil. Toss well and leave to marinate while the sausages are on the grill. Then mix the salad with the rocket and serve.
