Shashlik in Cloudberry Marinade

CLOUDBERRY PORK WITH ASPARAGUS SALAD

Serves three

  • 1 pack (about 600 g) shashlik in cloudberry marinade

salad:

  • 100 g rocket
  • 1 bunch (about 500 g) green asparagus
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Parmesan cheese

Break or cut off the woody ends of the asparagus. Shave into thin ribbons using a mandoline or vegetable peeler. Toss with the rocket in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt. Mix well, top generously with Parmesan shavings and serve alongside the shashlik.
