COLOURFUL GRILL SKEWERS
Serves four
- 800 g shashlik in tomato-onion marinade
- bell peppers of various colours
- 1 courgette
- 3 red onions
- 4 chilli peppers
sauce
- 200 g yoghurt
- 3 spring onion stalks
- a handful of parsley leaves
Cut the peppers into chunks, slice the onions into wedges and the courgette into rounds. Thread the meat and vegetables onto grill skewers as you like. For the sauce, finely chop the spring onion and parsley and mix with the yoghurt. Season to taste. Grill until the meat is cooked through and serve with the vegetables and sauce.
